WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Please refer to the dispatch window provided via our product description & order confirmation for more information. You will receive confirmation of tracking via email as soon as your order is on the way. To follow up or monitor tracking, please contact AUSPOST within Australia & your local postage carrier internationally.

We currently ship worldwide with both Express and Standard shipping options. Estimated timeframes apply to the date from which orders are dispatched by Mr Winston.


We will do our best to foresee and flag with affected customers any delays being experienced by shipping carriers. If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact your carrier using your tracking link for more information prior to contacting us. If your parcel is deemed lost or missing please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist. 

If your order is deemed undeliverable or is returned to sender please contact us to arrange re-delivery.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Please email support@mrwinstonco.com with your name and order number if your order arrives incorrect, damaged or potentially faulty & we will assist you.

Once orders are placed in the system our priority is to ensure these are shipped and delivered as quickly as possible. Once orders are downloaded we cannot edit addresses nor edit / cancel items.

If there is an address error in your order, please re-direct this via AUSPOST when your tracking confirmation comes through.


If you are looking to remove an item or cancel an order this can be returned for a refund when this arrives.

Mr Winston garments are available exclusively via our website. We accept the following payment methods at checkout: Shopify Visa, Amex, Afterpay (within AU, NZ, US, Canada) Mastercard, Apple Pay

Please note our website is the only platform through which garments can be purchased directly. We do not sell to independent retailers.

We are unfortunately unable to assist with queries or concerns related to garments purchased outside of our website on re-sale platforms/outlets. We ask that all customers exercise caution when purchasing outside of our website.

Our website operates by allocating inventory to the first person who successfully completes payment at checkout.

This means that items are not secure in your cart or allocated to you until checkout has been successfully processed. If successful, you will be directed to the confirmation page via our website. Your order is secure in our system once you see this page & receive order confirmation via email, inclusive of five digit order number.
