RETURN POLICY OLD


We allow returns within 7 days of receiving your item. We are unable to accept returns outside of this time frame. If you would like to return an item, please send us a request via email support@mrwinstonco.com with 'RETURN' noted in the subject line.


To be eligible for return, orders must adhere to the following conditions:

- Garment must be returned in perfect, as new condition with original tags

- Must include additional packaging within your order, drawstring bag


Note:
If the item is returned to us in worn condition, it will be returned at customer's expense


- Refunds will be processed back into the account used at checkout

- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded

- Customers are to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect


- We recommend using a traceable service when posting your item to reduce the risk of theft or lost parcels

- We are unable to process any returns for general wear and tear. Please carefully read the washing instructions for each garment

- We do not accept returns for Mr Winston Re-Work



 

EXCHANGES:

We offer exchanges, subject to stock availability. We gladly offer returns within 7 days of purchase if we are unable to facilitate an exchange.

 


DEFECTIVE/DAMAGES:

All items go through extensive quality control checks prior to dispatch. If you believe your garment is faulty or order is incorrect please email us with photos immediately upon receiving to the following address, with 'DAMAGED' noted in the subject line.

RETURNED TO SENDER PARCELS:

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by Australia Post will be returned back to our warehouse. This can be due to an incomplete or incorrect postage address provided at checkout. We will contact customer via email or phone, customers who would like the parcel returned to the updated address must pay for a new shipping label
